Health, Safety and Environmental Policy |

In line with its
activities as a general contractor, Kayson, in addition to abiding by
all the requirements of the company's quality management system,
considers it mandatory for all levels of its organization and all
contractors working with Kayson to implement the following policies:

Ensure the occupational health and safety of company
personnel and all those working under the control of our organization. |
| |
 |
Prevent damage to company and stakeholders' assets. |
| |
 |
Control the key factors having an impact on the
environment. |
Based on the above policy objectives, senior management and other
managers at all levels of the organization are obliged to:

Comply with all applicable local, national, and international legal
requirements dealing with occupational health, safety, and environment. |
| |
 |
Comply with the requirements set forth by other stakeholders
(including clients) pertaining to health, safety and environmental
risks. |
The following constitute the core of our health, safety, and
environmental policy objectives to which our senior management is fully
committed. Moreover, all goals set at various levels of the organization
are determined and reviewed in accordance with these strategic policy
objectives:

Formulate, implement, and update the health, safety and
environmental management system and its requirements, utilizing
appropriate reputable models. |

Train company personnel and others working under our management at
all levels of the organization with a view to secure their active and
effective participation in implementing the requirements of the health,
safety, security, and environmental management system. |

 |
Hire and retain a knowledgeable and committed workforce and develop
their capabilities. |

 |
Identify health, safety, and environmental hazards, evaluate the
risks, define, and implement suitable preventive measures to avoid
accidents (including accidents related to working at heights, working in
enclosed spaces, and accidents resulting from operation of motor
vehicles, mechanized equipment, etc). |

Record and study all accidents and incidents in order to control
factors that cause them and take appropriate actions to prevent their
recurrence. |
| |
 |
Measure the performance and supervise the implementation of the
requirements of health, safety, and environmental management system by
the staff and projects. |
