Application of state-of-the-art know-how, skills, tools and techniques
to all project activities to meet and exceed project requirements and
our clients' expectations has always been our Company's top priority and
regarded as the cornerstone of our vision to build a world-class
organization. Our insistence on employing advanced process analysis and
improvement tools have enabled us to work faster and more efficiently in
every aspect of project execution, from engineering to procurement,
construction, human resource management, environmental protection, and
occupational health and safety management in all of our projects.
As a project-centered organization, in order to further enhance our
project performance and control, we launched a program in 2005 to
systematically incorporate PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
standard into all phases of our project execution processes. To this
end, a steering committee composed of three senior executives, headed by
our vice president for planning and business excellence, assisted by a
team of 45 experts organized into twelve working groups, has been set up
to prepare the necessary procedures and directives and to see to it that
they are implemented properly. These directives cover all project
management knowledge areas, including integration management, scope
management, time management, cost management, quality management, human
resource management, procurement management, communications management,
safety management, environmental management, financial management, and
claim management.
By implementing an integrated project management system based on PMBOK
standards, Kayson aims to raise the level of its project management and
performance to that of a world-class company.
