Project Outline
Encompassing an area of 27.5 hectares, Kermanshah 4,920–unit
Housing Project is one of the largest and fastest mass housing projects in Iran.
The units are built with two bedrooms, in five-story apartment blocks, using
Kayson’s “Cast–in–situ Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Construction System”;
Better performance in facing natural disasters (especially earthquake), longer
durability and high speed of construction are considered as advantages of this
industrial system. The project utilizes 7 sets of wall formworks and 42 sets of
ceiling formworks, enabling it to build the reinforced concrete structure of 28
housing units per day. In designing this township, construction and providing of
all needed infrastructures and welfare facilities is considered.
